📍 Dealership-Based Inventory Integration

Users can now search from your dealership’s inventory list and attach specific units to customers and deals. This allows you to track buyer interest in particular inventory and automatically pre-fill quotes and deals with the correct unit details — saving time and improving accuracy. No matter how a buyer expresses interest — phone call, email, walk-in, or web form — your team can easily connect that interest to the right customer without needing to follow a rigid workflow.

🆕 Destination Trailer Category

We’ve seen a growing number of inquiries from buyers looking for destination trailers. To help dealerships capture those leads (when supported by the lender), we’ve added Destination Trailer as a collateral type — expanding your sales potential.

We’ve optimized how pricing tiers are selected during quoting. Now, applicants with strong credit scores — even if there are a few moderate issues — are more likely to be matched with favorable rate tiers.

📧 Pre-Qualification & Consent

✉️ Configurable Email Requirement on 5-Liner

On the 5-Liner (pre-qualification), the email address field can now be made required. This is especially helpful for teams working with younger, digital-first buyers who prefer email communication and expect a streamlined experience. Requiring email helps improve lead quality and follow-up effectiveness.

Note: If you choose to require email, the phone number will remain required.

Spanish translation is now available on both the Credit Application and the 5-Liner (Pre-Qualification). This improves accessibility and trust for Spanish-speaking customers, helping you reach a broader audience and better serve your market.

👥 Automatic Joint Credit Determination

Using a soft-pull from both the applicant and co-applicant, we now automatically determine whether the buyers qualify as having joint credit. We also calculate a joint DTI (Debt-to-Income) ratio by reviewing both credit files together — including:

- Matching trade lines present on both credit reports
- Calculating three DTIs, one per bureau, based on the combined credit profile

This eliminates the need for manual calculations and provides more accurate data for lender review and approvals.

📝 Ability to Save Incomplete Draft Deals

Life is full of distractions and multiple browser tabs. You can now save a draft deal before all required fields are completed — helping you pause mid-process and return later without losing your work.

📤 Submit Program Guide Results for Review

We now offer an easy way to flag lender program results for review — right from within the application. When reviewing deal results calculated, users can now click a button on any specific program guide to submit it directly to the Pre-Pair team for review.

This removes the need to switch apps, track down an email address, or explain context — everything is bundled and sent in-application. Our team will receive all the relevant deal details and the specific program guide info to review the result for accuracy.
